Ordering Process

First time here, what do I do?

Welcome to Orivida. We're thrilled to have you here. Before you explore our designs, we strongly recommend visiting our sizing page (click here) to find the default and custom sizes that work best for you. There's nothing worse than falling in love with a set only to discover it doesn't fit quite right.

If you're unsure about your size or want a precise fit, we recommend purchasing a sizing kit. Once you know your perfect size, you'll have complete freedom to choose any set that speaks to you.
How long until I get my order?

Press Express sets are pre-made in default sizing with 1-2 business day processing times. Shipping times vary based on your location and delivery method selected at checkout.

All other sets are handmade by our artist and require longer processing times. Depending on complexity and order placement, these typically take 1-5 business days to process. Shipping times will be provided at checkout based on your delivery selection.
How long does it take for nails to be shipped?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our sets are handmade right here in Oregon. We're a small business with a tight-knit team, so we keep production local and personal. No massive factories—just thoughtful craftsmanship and direct control over every detail.

How do I know my size?

We use Apres tip for our sets, so if you're familiar with the brand picking a size should be fairly simple. Otherwise please click here to be directed to our sizing page to get more details.
What nail shapes and sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes 00 to 14 in Apres Natural, with lengths ranging from Medium to XX Long available in select shapes. Our shape options include Almond, Coffin, Round, Square, and Stiletto.
How do I put them on?

Putting on Orivida nails is quick and simple. For basic application, simply push back the cuticle, buff and file the nail, then wipe it down with an alcohol pad. Apply a dot of glue and press the nail firmly onto the bed for a strong hold. For more tips and directions, click here to visit our application page.
What's included with my set?

Besides the 10 individual nails we also provide everything you need to apply the set. You'll get a cuticle pusher, a nail file, a mini glue tube, sticky tabs and a couple alcohol prep pads.

For purchases of 3 or more sets, you'll receive an additional mini application bag, a soft foam buffer, and cuticle oil.
How do i take them off and reuse them?

There are many ways to remove and reuse your sets. The most common method is applying oil at the cuticle and soaking in warm water, then gently removing them with an orange stick. For other removal techniques and the best options for your needs, click here for more info, tips, and tricks.

Shipping & Handling

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your chosen shipping method and delivery location. All available options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Where do you ship to?

We ship nationwide and globally. For foriegn order, fees and tariffs will be presented at checkout or emailed shortly after your order is placed.
How can I track my order?

Delivery information will be emailed to your account and can be tracked through the provided link
Can I update/cancel my order?

For cancellations, please review your account to understand the cancellation process before your order is delivered. If you need to update your address, contact us right away using our contact form before your order ships.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Can I return my sets?

For the health and safety of our team and customers, we only accept returns for damaged products or unopened items. Custom-sized or custom-designed products cannot be returned since they're made specifically for you. If your product arrives undamaged and unopened, we're happy to process a return—please note that return shipping is not included. Can I exchange my set?

Exchanges may be available for sets before being shipped, or if they are returned unopened. You are able to exchange for credit that may be used immediately. For custom sets, exchanges are not eligible.
When will I recieve my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 days after your return is accepted. Once we receive and inspect your items, you'll receive confirmation and your refund will be on its way.
